Prime Legacy Inc. was founded in 2009 in Miami, Florida, by a team of seasoned mining engineers and commodity finance specialists who saw an opportunity to build a new kind of mining company — one that combined operational excellence with ESG-first governance from day one.
Beginning with exploration rights in the American Southwest, the company rapidly expanded its portfolio through strategic acquisitions, geological discoveries, and international partnerships. By 2014, Prime Legacy had established its European headquarters in London and a regulatory hub in Berlin.
